Order Tracking Help

Where do I find my tracking number?

It’s in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order leaves our facility. You can also find it under Orders in My Account, or look it up above with your order number and checkout email.

Why does my tracking say “Label Created”?

A label is created when your order is packed. The carrier usually scans it within 24 hours of pickup, so if tracking isn’t moving yet, check back tomorrow.

Which carriers do you use?

Most orders ship via UPS Ground, and some ship via USPS. The tracking tool above works with both and links straight to the carrier’s live tracking.

What if my package seems delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window for your region, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it with the carrier. See our Shipping & Returns policy for more details.
