Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we focuses exclusively on serving the domestic market within the United States. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time of order confirmation. Most orders ship via UPS Ground from our Michigan facility (some ship via USPS). Once your order ships, typical delivery is 1 business day within Michigan, 1–2 days to neighboring Great Lakes states (OH, IN, IL, WI, PA, KY), 2–3 days to the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Upper Midwest, 3–4 days to the South and Plains, and 4–5 days to the Mountain states and West Coast. Frequently, our products achieve even higher purity levels, often ≥99%, demonstrating our commitment to providing superior quality products for your research needs.
Our peptides are provided in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form. This state-of-the-art method of preparation is essential to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the peptides. For reconstitution purposes, we recommend using Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water). Everything we sell is a la carte, so BAC Water is not included with peptide orders and is sold separately as Sterile Water Benzyl Alcohol 0.9%. This careful packaging ensures that our peptides retain their high quality from our facility to your laboratory.

However, refrigeration at around 4°C is generally adequate for most purposes, particularly if the peptides are intended for use within a two-year period. Notably, our peptides demonstrate remarkable stability, capable of withstanding room temperature conditions for 4-6 weeks without degradation, provided they are protected from direct sunlight. This robust stability profile makes our peptides well-suited for a variety of research applications.
We wholeheartedly support independent product testing. If you choose to validate our products through a third-party laboratory, we are more than willing to provide replacements for any items used during the testing process. To initiate this process, kindly share the test results along with the corresponding order number, and we will promptly replace the tested products at no cost. Our unwavering confidence in the quality of our products is underscored by our eagerness to facilitate independent blind tests conducted by our valued customers.

None of our products are intended for, or manufactured for diagnostic or therapeutic applications in humans.
