Returns
- Eligibility: You may return any unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as opened supplements, raw compounds or items marked as “Final Sale,” are not eligible for returns.
Return Process

- Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
- Return Address: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. 20% restocking fee will be applied. Refund will be made to the original payment method.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at Sales@4aminolabs.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, raw compounds, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

4-Amino-Labs ships orders within the United States only.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
- Processing time does not include transit time.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We primarily ship via UPS Ground.
- In some cases, we may ship via USPS depending on destination and service availability.
- We do not offer next-day or air shipping at this time.

Order Tracking
- If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking link or tracking number once your order ships.

- Transit times vary by location and carrier performance. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout (if provided) are estimates and not guarantees.
Shipping Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

- Keep all packaging materials and take photos of any visible damage before reaching out.
Returns to Sender / Undeliverable Packages
- Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be eligible for reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund minus shipping/handling costs, depending on the situation.
