Chat assistant
Our website includes an automated chat assistant. When you use it, we record the full conversation, including your messages and the assistant’s replies. With each conversation we also collect your IP address, device type, operating system, browser, screen size, time zone, language setting, the page you were on and the page that referred you. We store a random identifier in your browser so we can recognize repeat visits to the chat. If you are logged in, the conversation is linked to your account, including your name and email address. If you type an email address into the chat, we record it with the conversation.
You can attach photos in the chat, for example of a damaged package. Photos are stored privately on our servers, are not publicly accessible, and can be viewed only by our staff. Please avoid sharing photos that show identity documents, payment cards or other people.
Chat messages, including any photos you attach, are sent to our AI service provider, Anthropic, to generate replies. We use chat records to answer your questions, improve our service, enforce our Terms of Service, and prevent fraud and misuse. Please do not share payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information in the chat.
Shipping claims
If you report a lost, damaged or incorrect order through our shipping claim form, we use the information and photos you provide to review and resolve your claim, including verifying it against your order. We may share relevant claim details and photos with the shipping carrier or its insurer when we file a claim with them. Claim photos and signatures are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.

- Reviews: our customer review service, which may email you a review request after purchase.
- Affiliate program: our affiliate platform, which tracks referrals.
- AI chat: Anthropic, which processes chat messages and any photos you attach in the chat to generate replies.
We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect the safety, rights or property of our customers, our business or others, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state laws treat the use of advertising cookies and pixels as sharing or targeted advertising. You can opt out as described under Your choices and rights.

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags and browser storage to operate the site and for the purposes described above. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies.
