1,4-Butanediol freezes at 68°F. If your product arrives solid, place the sealed container in warm water until it liquefies. This can be repeated as many times as necessary to liquify the 1,4-Butanediol. As long as the bottle is sealed and no moisture is added, the properties of the product will remain unchanged.
Do not microwave or apply direct heat.
